Dairy free Chocolate swaps for Easter

Easter is generally a time for reflection, spending time with loved ones, as well as a few cheeky treats. Indulging in decedent chocolate can sometimes feel as though we have "cheated" on all our good habits and leave us feeling not like our most vital and healthy selves. Below are a few of our go to swaps for Easter treats to keep you feeling good!

If Easter chocolates are your achilles heel, perhaps swapping the regular milk or white chocolate for a dark variety might be a good option for you. 

Dark chocolate is richer in iron and antioxidants and is lower in sugar too. Because of the rich flavour, people tend to eat dark chocolate in smaller quantities.

Each year there are more delicious and readily available dairy-free/vegan chocolate options available for those limiting or unable to consume dairy.
