Dr Diana's Everything Bagel Recipe

Dr Diana’s ‘Everything Bagel’ Seasoning 

We love easy, affordable and delicious healthy recipes. So when we find something that ticks all the boxes we can’t wait to share it with you all!
This is Diana’s go to seasoning for everything from Avocado Toast and eggs to quick hummus and cracker snacks. Whip it together, and if you really love it, maybe pop a little container in your bag to spruce up your weekend brunch game. 

Ingredients:
3 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 tbsp black sesame seeds (otherwise known as Nigella seeds)

2 tbsp dried onion flakes
2 tbsp dried garlic granules or flakes
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tsp flakey sea salt  (I use Maldon sea salt flakes) 

Instructions:

  • Toast sesame seeds in a fry pan for about 5 minutes or until white seeds have slightly changed to be golden, on a medium heat.

  • Let the seeds cool in a bowl

  • Once the seeds have cooled mix it with your other ingredients and pour into your preferred container.

 

Be sure to use salt flakes as opposed to regular salt, otherwise this will make it too salty.
