How does stress affect my health?
The stress response that our bodies may show can manifest itself as fear, anger and frustration. When our body fails to ‘let go’ of these responses, we can find ourselves with unexplained aversions, self sabotaging behaviours , destructive beliefs, phobias and many chronic physical problems.
At Blossom, we offer a technique called Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) to identify and help you let go of that ‘stuck’ mind-body stress patterns.
While most of these responses are perfectly normal, when left unresolved, they may produce behaviours that are counterproductive to our health.
More and more research is coming out regarding our emotional reality and how it can dramatically affect our health. If our body is in a weakened state due to poor stressful events, physical or mental trauma, poor nutrition and lack of outlets for self expression and care, we find that everyday stress we experience does not resolve naturally.
This is where NET may be of benefit, we use muscle testing (similar to what we already use in your adjustments) to determine ‘stuck’ stress and using breath, tapping and speech to safely, effectively and naturally instantly resolve the mind-body stress connection your body may be experiencing.
